As a Clinician with the OCL, I provide investigative assessments for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer, through Sect. 112 of the Courts of Justice Act. These assessments deal with child custody and access cases brought before the Court. They focus on investigating the best interest of the children. I carry out disclosure meetings and reports that outline my recommendations. I also assist children’s lawyers in bringing forward the views and preferences of the children within the context of the family situation.
